As both a Florida licensed Professional Engineer (PE# 76302) and a Certified General Contractor (CGC #1532229), I clearly understand what causes performance issues for both design and construction. Because I previously worked as a business executive responsible for multi-million dollar construction projects and later as an executive for a General Contractor and Mechanical Contractor, I also understand what what it takes from all parties to make a project succeed.
