Started and managed a food manufacturing company including building design and construction, process and packaging system procurement and installation, 3-shift staffing, Standard Operating Procedures, food safety program, engineering and operations.

I learned valuable insights about the construction industry while leading projects from the owner's side of the table, bidding work and overseeing projects for contractors, and doing professional engineering design. During my ECS years as an owner's Project Executive, I have faced and resolved every type of design and construction problem imaginable. My combined career experience has given me a unique, insider's understanding of the design and construction industry - and what owners need to do to be successful.
