We coordinate with or oversee consultants, environmental firms, attorneys, governmental agencies, utility companies, engineers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and client staff. 

With a relentless focus on cost controls, the savings we find for our clients often exceeds the investment for our services. In addition, our work is typically capitalized so it does not add to the permanent overhead of expanding payroll. 

Our projects are typically for capital investments of about $2 million to $200 million+ for construction.
