Having been trusted to lead more than 150 projects valued at nearly $700 million dollars, our staff has developed expertise across multiple industry sectors. Each project requires a different strategy, but the same discipline - protect the owner's capital, control the project, and deliver accountability.
Industry experience includes the following:
- 12 Land Development projects for single-family and multi-family communities.
- 15 Commercial projects for professional offices, retail centers, museums, and restaurants.
- Multiple Health Care projects for medical clinics and hospitals that require demanding regulatory compliance, medical equipment planning, and specialized construction.
- Dozens of Industrial projects including highly complex renewable fuel plants, food manufacturing and processing plants, data centers, a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, warehouses, freezers, an electronics manufacturing plant. a fertilizer manufacturng plant, and agricultural processing facilities.
- Three incredibly challenging ethanol plants, including a state-of-the-art, $190 million dollar operation for Louis Dreyfus Commodities. Building complex ethanol plants is like starting a new city in the middle of nowhere - it's a daunting task. ECS successfully led all aspects of design and construction including utility coordination of an electrical substation and natural gas supply, environmental, permitting, bid solicitations, land development, railroad, well water supply, water treatment, effluent discharge, grain handling systems, ethanol processing, systems, ethanol storage, roadways, and multiple buildings.
- Many Institutional projects including public and private K-12 school districts, university offices and athletic facilities, City and County Police/Fire/Law Enforcement buildings, City parks, churches, and parochial diocese offices.
- Several Legal Expert Testimony cases for construction projects done without any involvement from ECS where the owners later filed lawsuits against design firms or contractors due to serious construction problems.
While we prefer to work in Florida, valued repeat clients have convinced us to lead projects for them as far away as Arizona.
