- Three incredibly challenging ethanol plants, including a state-of-the-art, $190 million dollar operation for Louis Dreyfus Commodities. Building complex ethanol plants is like building a new city in the middle of a corn field - daunting. ECS successfully led all aspects of design and construction including utility coordination of an electrical substation and natural gas, environmental, permitting, land development, railroad, well water supply, water treatment, effluent discharge, grain handling, processing, ethanol storage and office buildings.
While we prefer to work in Florida, valued repeat clients have convinced us to lead projects for them as far away as Arizona.
